Schedule/Hours:
Biweekly guarantee of 72 hours (excluding any on-call time).
Qualifications/Experience:
Active credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. Current state licensure (or eligibility to apply). Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills. Experience in acute care or hospital environments preferred. Commitment to delivering patient-centered respiratory care.
Responsibilities:
Perform respiratory assessments and administer appropriate therapies. Operate and maintain respiratory equipment and technology. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Document all care and patient interactions accurately and efficiently. Educate patients and their families on respiratory health and treatments.
