Shifts:

Monday through Wednesday or Tuesday through Thursday, 7:00 PM - 7:00

AM Qualifications:

Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification is required Minimum of 2 years of documented, direct experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist Proficient in respiratory therapy procedures, ventilator management, airway care, and patient monitoring Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to interact effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient safety, care, and clinical integrity

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and manage respiratory care for acute and chronic conditions, including therapeutic and diagnostic procedures as prescribed by physicians Perform ventilator management, airway care, and administer various forms of respiratory support treatments Assess patient status and evaluate response to therapy, routinely documenting progress and critical information Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes and enhance care plans Maintain organized documentation, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and regulatory standards This position provides the opportunity to work with a respected clinical team while providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
