Travel assignment (details provided during interview)Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Active state license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start) NICU experience required Prior experience in acute care or critical access hospital environments highly preferred Competence in performing phlebotomies, IV starts, and removals Strong patient education skills for respiratory treatments and equipment use Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork abilitiesResponsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic and pulmonary function tests Develop and implement individualized respiratory treatment plans Monitor patients' conditions and therapy effectiveness, adjusting treatments as needed Initiate and discontinue IVs, collect blood samples, and document procedures accurately Educate patients and families on the safe administration of respiratory care and equipment Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, high-quality careBenefits and Perks:
