Qualifications:
Valid license as a Respiratory Therapist or Registered Respiratory Therapist Current BLS and ACLS certifications (or ability to obtain prior to start) Previous clinical experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred Strong communication, assessment, and critical-thinking skills Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced environmentsResponsibilities:
Deliver respiratory care modalities, including therapy, ventilator management, and patient assessments Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and revise patient care plans Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress and changes in respiratory status Educate patients and families on treatment plans and respiratory equipment Uphold infection control protocols and high standards of safety and patient careBenefits & Travel Perks:
