Schedule/Hours:

Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly on all assignments (not including on-call time)

Responsibilities:

Perform respiratory therapy procedures for acute and chronically ill patients as directed by physician orders Assess, plan, and implement respiratory care in collaboration with medical and nursing staff Operate ventilators, administer oxygen therapy, and provide airway management Manage and monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed Educate patients and families on respiratory care techniques and equipment use Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Qualifications:

Current license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist Previous experience in acute care or hospital-based respiratory care preferred Knowledge of advanced respiratory modalities and equipment Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Ability to adapt to new environments and learn quickly
