Schedule:
8-hour day shifts (specific hours discussed during interview) No on-call requirement
Qualifications:
Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential Current BLS certification Experience in hospital inpatient care preferred Adaptable, with strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills Excellent communication and patient-focused attitude
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality respiratory care to inpatients in a critical access hospital environment Monitor, assess, and document patient respiratory status and treatment effectiveness Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to develop patient-centered care plans Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and relevant regulations Uphold a commitment to excellence, safety, and compassionate care
