Travel assignment, flexible schedules to support optimal work-life balanceQualifications/Experience:
Arizona Registered Respiratory Therapist (RT) license required Active NBRC certification NRP and PALS certifications mandated Previous clinical experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist Strong clinical judgment and decisive, patient-focused care skills Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication abilitiesKey Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and provide respiratory care for patients of all ages Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot ventilators and respiratory therapy equipment Respond rapidly to emergent respiratory situations, collaborate with trauma and cardiac care teams Apply evidence-based protocols in a certified Chest Pain Center environment Educate patients and families on respiratory treatments and healthy practicesBenefits & Perks:
