Schedule:
12-hour shifts Day/Night rotating shifts No on-call requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
Active North Dakota Respiratory Therapy License (required) Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) with
NBRC ICU
experience is required; additional NICU and PICU experience preferred Must hold current AHA-approved ACLS and BLS certifications; PALS and NRP preferred Prior employment with the facility requires a minimum 6-month gap before returning Experience with gray scrubs (required attire) Candidates must not reside within 80 miles of the facility
Responsibilities:
Deliver advanced respiratory care in high-acuity units, including ICU, NICU, and PICU Collaborate with dynamic interdisciplinary teams to implement effective respiratory interventions Adhere to facility protocols while providing evidence-based patient care Utilize state-of-the-art technology to monitor and manage complex respiratory needs Ensure accurate documentation and timely patient assessments
