Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Active RN license Experience in Tele nursing Current ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Certification Strong ability to read and interpret basic rhythm strips before arrival Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Enthusiasm for working within both primary and collaborative team structures
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients on a Telemetry unit Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, responding quickly to changes Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Participate in both primary and team nursing assignments as required Accurately document care delivery, medication administration, and patient responses Support a nurturing and patient-focused care environment
