Required Qualifications & Experience:
Current, unrestricted RN license Minimum of one year recent experience in Telemetry nursing BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred) Comfortable working with advanced cardiac monitoring equipment Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver expert care to patients requiring telemetry monitoring Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Monitor cardiac rhythms and identify changes requiring intervention Educate patients and families on care plans and health management Accurately document observations and interventions Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
