Desired Experience:
Active and unrestricted RN license in Pennsylvania (or compact, as applicable) Recent experience in rehab or long-term care nursing Strong assessment, documentation, and care-planning skills Compassionate approach to patients and families Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities BLS certification required
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care to patients in rehab and long-term care units Administer treatments, medications, and monitor patient status Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately Educate patients and families on care needs and recovery processes Ensure compliance with facility policies as well as state/federal regulations
