Schedule/Hours:
1830-0700 (Nights) Every other weekend Every other holiday
Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered RN license Minimum of one year recent ER nursing experience BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (current and valid) Demonstrated clinical knowledge of emergency care protocols Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Effective communication in high-pressure situations
Responsibilities:
Rapidly assess and triage patients presenting to the ER Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency interventions Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care Educate patients and families about conditions and treatments Maintain thorough, accurate documentation Adhere to safety, legal, and regulatory standards
