Working in a fast-paced Emergency Department equipped with 31 beds and treating an average of 78 patients each day, you'll collaborate with a diverse clinical team. This setting is ideal for experienced ER nurses seeking to broaden their expertise, learn fresh approaches to leadership, and boost their resume by managing a wide spectrum of cases including trauma, cardiac emergencies, and critical care interventions. You'll encounter all age ranges and diverse patient backgrounds, expanding your clinical scope and cultural competence in a setting supported by 24/7 on-site resources. Schedule/Hours 12-hour shifts: Days (0700-1900), Mids (1100-2300), Nights (1900-0700) Weekend rotation: Every 3rd weekend
