Schedule/Hours Shifts:
Days (0700-1900, 1100-2300), Evenings (1500-0300), Nights (1900-0700) Flexible scheduling; weekend and holiday shifts based on unit needs; 4-week schedules provided in advance Required Qualifications & Experience Active Illinois RN license (unrestricted) At least 2 years of recent emergency department experience (community or acute care) Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA) Strong IV skills, cardiac rhythm interpretation, ventilator management, medication titration Skilled in EMR (EPIC preferred) Effective communication and critical-thinking capabilities Ability to function independently in high-acuity, fast-paced environment Responsibilities Deliver high-quality emergency care to a diverse patient population (neonates to geriatrics) Rapid assessment, critical intervention, and safe management of acute conditions Collaborate with physicians, techs, RTs, and support staff Maintain accurate electronic documentation and uphold patient safety standards Benefits & Perks Tax-free travel stipends and comprehensive travel assistance Premium pay for travel assignments Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans Job stability with contract fulfillment Free parking, stylish professional scrubs (Navy Blue), and enriching work culture Experience a rewarding role that elevates your nursing career while you explore new horizons.
