Travel RN Emergency Room

Qualifications:

Current and unrestricted RN license Minimum of one year recent experience in an ER setting ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications (or the ability to obtain before starting) Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to rapidly changing situations

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care to patients experiencing acute medical and trauma emergencies Conduct patient assessments, collect vital signs, and prioritize clinical situations Administer medications, start IV lines, and perform necessary procedures Collaborate with physicians and other multidisciplinary team members to implement individualized care plans Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, treatments, and progress Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and post-care needs Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory requirements
