Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years ER RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications and Experience:
Active RN license, in good standing Minimum of one year experience in an Emergency Room setting BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills Adaptable, team-oriented, and excellent communicator
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver prompt, high-quality care to patients in the Emergency Department Perform assessments, develop and implement care plans Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff during acute interventions Document comprehensively and maintain clear patient records Provide education and support to patients and families during high-stress situations
