$2,721/week (40 hours) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Endoscopy Registered Nurse to join the Gastrointestinal Services team in Petaluma, CA — a charming community in the heart of Sonoma County wine country. In this role, you will provide comprehensive endoscopy nursing care across inpatient, outpatient, and pre/post-procedure settings at a 1:1 ratio. You will float to PreOp and Phase II PACU as needed, and may be required to float to sister ministries at Providence Santa Rosa or Healdsburg — with at least 24 hours advance notice provided. No weekends required. Community hospital experience preferred. First-time travelers with 3+ years of experience are welcome. Requirements Active California RN license (must be currently active) Minimum 3 years of Endoscopy experience required Current BLS and ACLS certifications required CGRN (Certified Gastrointestinal RN) preferred Epic EMR experience required Community hospital experience preferred Travel experience not required (with 3+ years of experience) No weekends required Skills & Competencies Conscious sedation administration and monitoring — required Dysrhythmia interpretation and managementPre-procedure:

colonoscopy, EGD, circulate and scrub roles Preferred procedures: ERCP, EUS, EBUS, bronchoscopy, esophageal varices and banding, sclerotherapyPost-procedure:
conscious sedation recovery, monitored anesthesia care (MAC) sedation recovery, airway management Medication administration: Propofol, Versed, opioid analgesics, reversal agentsEquipment:
electrosurgical units, ERBE, balloon dilators, polyp snares, forceps, disposable grounding pads Preferred equipment: bronchoscopy cart/supplies, lithotripters, foreign body equipment Provation documentation (preferred) Specimen handling and labeling Float coverage to PreOp, Phase II PACU, and sister ministries (Santa Rosa or Healdsburg) with 24-hour advance noticeUnit Information Setting:
