• Travel nursing, PRN, Per diem We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Travel Nurse RN for a per diem position.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in home health and/or hospice care and is comfortable working independently while providing high-quality patient-centered care. Responsibilities include patient assessments, care coordination, medication management, documentation, and supporting patients and families through all stages of care. Experience with charting on DSL is strongly preferred. Flexible schedule, reliable transportation, and active RN license required.
