Schedule/Hours:

12-hour shifts (7p-7a) 13-week assignment Weekend, holiday, and on-call required

Desired Qualifications:

Current NY RN license Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Minimum of one previous successful travel assignment (first-time travelers not considered) Previous hospital RN experience preferred BLS certification (or obtained within 3 months of hire) Proficient in Med/Surg, comfortable floating to PCU, and prior coronary care experience required Ability to assess diverse patient needs—clinical, educational, mental, and spiritual Demonstrated skill in safely moving/lifting patients Effective stress management and creative problem-solving abilities Strong leadership and delegation skills; potential to step into a charge nurse role Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional, compassionate nursing care across Med/Surg, PCU, and Coronary Care units Assess patient status and coordinate multidisciplinary care plans Identify and address patient safety issues proactively Support and guide team members, assuming charge responsibilities as needed Document care with accuracy and clarity
