Schedule/Hours:

Night shifts: 3x12-hour shifts per week 36 hours guaranteed weekly Weekend and call hours as facility requires

Required Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

Active RN license 4+ years of med-surg experience BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Registered nurse skillset, including strong collaboration with other caregivers, patient care planning, and upholding confidentiality and patient rights Flexibility to float to other units as needed Commitment to facility mission, values, and high service standards Professional demeanor; black scrubs required

Core Responsibilities:

Implement and evaluate comprehensive care plans using the nursing process Coordinate patient care with multiple departments Maintain patient confidentiality and advocate for patient rights Provide oversight and mentoring to direct caregivers
