Entry-Level Sales Associate

Entry-Level Sales Associate Atlas Strategies Inc | Crescent, OK | $10.00/hour | Full-Time Job Summary Atlas Strategies Inc is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Associate to join our Crescent team. You'll be the first point of contact for customers greeting shoppers, answering product questions, processing transactions, and helping ensure every visit is a positive one. No prior sales experience is required; we provide full training and are looking for motivated individuals with a great attitude and strong communication skills. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit Answer product questions and conduct brief product demonstrations highlighting features and benefits Use POS systems to process cash and card transactions accurately Recommend additional products that match customer needs Stock shelves, organize displays, and keep the sales floor clean and presentable Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries with professional phone etiquette Assist with inventory counts and ensure products are properly stocked and labeled Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet daily store goals Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus — not required Comfortable using a POS system and handling cash; basic math skills helpful Strong verbal communication and active listening skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Compensation & Schedule Pay:
