Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current and active RN license Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing setting BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Strong clinical judgment and adaptability in fast-paced environments Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in planning and coordinating patient care Monitor patient progress, update care plans, and perform accurate documentation Respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions, ensuring top-quality outcomes Educate patients and families on post-hospital care and wellness strategies
