Travel assignment Flexible shifts with the possibility of 12-hour schedules

Desired Experience & Skills:

Active California RN license (required) Prior experience in Medical-Surgical settings Proficient Cerner EMR skills are mandatory PALS certification (required) ACLS certification (required) Ability to provide care for non-critical pediatric patients Flexibility to float to Skilled Nursing as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to a diverse med-surg patient population Effectively manage patient assessments, care planning, and medication administration Monitor and report changes in patient status Accurately document in Cerner EMR system Collaborate closely with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and support staff Adapt to shifting census and department needs, including floating as required
