Qualifications:

Active RN license Strong background in Medical-Surgical nursing (Med Surg/ RN-MS) Valid and current ACLS and BLS certifications Prior experience in a mixed acuity unit preferred Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care to medical-surgical patients with varying needs and acuity levels Monitor and document patient progress, advocating for patient wellbeing Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate individualized care Support safe transitions for patients and contribute to discharge planning
