As needed (no block scheduling) Job Summary Lead and support unit-based nursing operations in Labor & Delivery. Responsible for coordinating patient care, supervising nursing staff, ensuring quality outcomes, and maintaining patient safety standards. Works closely with clinical leadership and physicians to support efficient, high-quality care delivery. Key Responsibilities Provide unit leadership and supervise nursing/ancillary staff Coordinate patient care plans with interdisciplinary teams Monitor staffing, assignments, and workflow efficiency Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Address patient care concerns and operational issues Assist with staff coaching, evaluation, and performance management Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards Requirements Active RN license (State of CA)

BLS, ACLS, NRP
