• August 16, 2026 Position Summary We are seeking an experienced RN Nurse Lead in the Medical ICU , The ideal Candidate will play a critical leadership role, working closely with nurse management, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care.

You will:

Lead and supervise nursing and support staff Ensure high-quality, cost-effective patient care Drive patient safety and satisfaction initiatives Coordinate care plans with patients, families, and care teams Support staff development and performance management Key Responsibilities Oversee daily unit operations and staffing based on patient acuity Mentor, coach, and evaluate nursing staff Participate in patient care as needed Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Address patient concerns and enhance care experience Collaborate on policy development and operational improvements

Requirements Education & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing ( required ) Master's Degree (preferred) Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership skills ( required ) 5+ years of clinical experience (preferred)

Licenses & Certifications:

Active RN license (California) BLS (AHA or ARC)
