Schedule/Hours:
Night shift 12-hour shifts 36 hours guaranteed per week Every other weekend required 13-week assignment
Qualifications:
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with 2-3 years of experience, or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) with 5-7 years of experience Valid driver's license (used to confirm 50-mile radius rule) Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA); NRP preferred Experience across all age groups; independent work skills required Compliance with fingernail policy—no artificial nails
Responsibilities:
Provide general respiratory care in all units, including emergency, pre-/post-surgical, and intensive care Respond to rapid response and code blue calls Administer breathing treatments and manage ventilators Assess patient condition and collaborate on treatment plans
