Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment with flexible scheduling to accommodate optimal work-life balance.Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years' current experience functioning independently at the bedside. Demonstrated expertise in managing ventilated patients. In-depth familiarity with the Servo U ventilator, especially its use and modes within a NICU setting. Current, hands-on work experience required.Pluses:
Experience with Drager ventilators, Bunnell Jet Ventilator, Sensormedic 3100A oscillator, and Nitric Oxide therapy.Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-level respiratory therapy interventions in a NICU environment. Oversee the care of ventilated pediatric and neonatal patients, including equipment management and patient assessments. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation and adhere to best practices in patient care.Benefits:
