Schedule/Hours:
Full-time hours Flexible shifts, including days, nights, or weekends as neededQualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years of recent, independent bedside experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist Demonstrated proficiency in managing ventilated patients, particularly in the NICU Hands-on expertise with Servo U ventilators, including understanding of operational modes used with neonates Familiarity with additional equipment is a plus: Drager vents, Bunnell Jet Vent, Sensormedic 3100A oscillator, Nitric Oxide delivery systems Current work experience required Valid RRT credentials and state licensure as applicableRole Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality respiratory care to neonatal and pediatric patients Independently manage and monitor mechanical ventilators Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care Ensure proper equipment function and troubleshoot as needed Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety standardsBenefits and Perks:
