Desired Qualifications:

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), actively credentialed Current state licensure or eligibility BLS and ACLS certifications Previous experience in acute care or hospital settings Willingness to float across adult, pediatric, and NICU units Strong adaptability and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver all aspects of respiratory care, including assessment, treatment, and patient/family education Respond to emergency codes and provide critical airway management Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams Document patient progress and maintain thorough records Rotate through specialized units as needed
