Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Join a dynamic team providing Speech-Language Pathology services in an educational setting located in Des Moines, IA. This travel position offers the opportunity to deliver specialized support to students across various schools, enhancing their communication and learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies. Travel to multiple school locations within the Des Moines area as needed.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid Speech-Language Pathology certification/licensure. Experience working in school environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage caseloads and travel between sites efficiently. Commitment to student-centered care and professional growth.
