Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapist license (Illinois or multistate, if applicable) Experience in school-based OT settings preferred Background in home health, general healthcare, or teletherapy is a strong plus Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills Comfortable collaborating with multi-disciplinary education and healthcare teamsKey Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations to identify students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver OT services in school-based, home, or teletherapy settings as assigned Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines Collaborate with educators, families, and other healthcare professionals to optimize student progress Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal developmentBenefits & Perks:
