Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed School Psychologist to provide essential psychological services within educational settings. This role involves traveling to various schools in the Memphis, TN area, offering diverse experiences and the chance to impact multiple student populations. Key Qualifications:
Valid School Psychologist certification/license Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results Skilled in individual and group counseling techniques tailored for school environments Familiarity with Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators Flexible and adaptable to travel between school locations in the Memphis area
Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to support student learning and behavior Develop and implement intervention plans based on data and student needs Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote a supportive learning environment Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district policies Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to educational planning
