Qualifications:
Associate degree from an accredited SLPA program Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLPA Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Flexibility and adaptability to new environments and practices
Responsibilities:
Support Speech-Language Pathologists in providing therapy and intervention Carry out therapy sessions, document progress, and contribute to IEP planning Collaborate with teachers and special education teams Adapt activities to meet individual student goals Engage in ongoing learning to bring best practices to the school environment
