Desired Qualifications:
Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathology licensure for Delaware. Open to both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) candidates. Experience or strong interest in pediatric SLP, preferably in a school setting. Skills engaging with both inclusion and some complex student needs. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative services to a caseload of 40-45 elementary students, primarily inclusion with some complex cases. Develop, implement, and update IEPs in collaboration with teachers and other SLPs. Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and maintain compliance with local and federal regulations. Participate in school team meetings, ongoing professional learning, and family engagement.
