Engage with a variety of complex cases, such as open hearts (CABG, Valve repairs, aneurysms), thoracotomies, VATS procedures, robotic cases, ECMO, and more, all within state-of-the-art suites. Schedule:

0645-1515, Monday-Friday; Start at 6a for Open Heart Case Prep (notified the day before) Weeknight call: 3-4 times per week, 1515-0645 Weekend call: Every other to every third weekend, Friday 1515 to Monday 0645 Rotating holidays with call 4-5 days unit-based orientation plus 2 buddy call shifts

Qualifications:

2+ years CVOR experience, including open heart procedures Ability to first scrub Current BLS, and CST or NCCT certifications ND UAP required Willingness to train/cross-train into general/ortho OR as needed Ability to float as a 1:1 sitter to supplement hours

Responsibilities:

Scrub on complex CV and thoracic cases Cross-train and provide support in other specialties when required Float to other roles for full-time hours as needed Participate in call-rotation and flexible scheduling
