Desired Qualifications:
Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license (or eligibility in Kentucky) Experience delivering therapy to critical illness and rehabilitation patients preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to patient safety and adherence to safety protocols Prior supervisory experience or readiness to guide OTAs and students
Responsibilities:
Perform patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team on patient goals and discharge planning Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and students Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge reports accurately and timely Maintain flexibility with scheduling and demonstrate proactive collaboration Promote continuous quality improvement and uphold facility standards of care and safety
