Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP-CCC certification Pennsylvania SLP licensure (or eligibility) Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred; non-bilingual SLPs considered with interpreter support Experience working with medically fragile populations a plus
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech-language therapy to a middle school student (2.5 hours/week to start) Collaborate with a team of OT and PT providers for holistic care Interface compassionately with the student's family, using Spanish as needed Maintain consistent documentation and monitor progress Commit to a consistent, multi-year relationship if possible
