Key Qualifications:
Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist license CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) status welcomed Recent school-based experience or knowledge of IEP processes highly valued Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Core Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders within a school-based setting Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate records and contribute to the IEP process Consult with teachers and families, providing guidance and education as needed Participate in professional development and school meetings
