Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a difference supporting students' communication and learning in a dynamic school-based setting near Lincoln, MA! This contract opportunity is designed for Speech-Language Pathologists who bring passion, expertise, and creativity to their work. You'll provide assessment, intervention, and collaboration with educators and families to promote student success.
Qualifications and Skills:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current or eligibility for CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred Candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship (CFY) are welcomed Licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP in Massachusetts Experience or strong interest in school, pediatric, or educational settings Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and evidence-based therapy techniques
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for students as part of special education teams Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Deliver direct therapy to address speech, language, articulation, fluency, and social communication needs Consult with teachers, specialists, and parents to support generalization of skills Maintain timely, accurate records and contribute to multidisciplinary meetings Participate in school-based problem solving and referral processes This position offers a contract work structure with opportunities for professional development, the chance to work alongside dedicated educators, and a rewarding role supporting student growth and success.
