Speech Language Pathologist:

Assess, evaluate, and treat patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Provide therapy services in patients' homes in accordance with physician orders Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and progress Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams Ensure compliance with home health regulations and patient care standards

Requirements:

BLS certification Active Nebraska Speech Language Pathologist license Minimum of 2 years Speech Language Pathologist experience required
