Schedule/Hours:
13-week assignment 36 hours guaranteed per week
Your Key Duties:
Evaluate and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders Deliver assessment, documentation, and therapy for both inpatient and outpatient populations Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Educate and support patients' families, empowering effective care beyond the hospital Maintain accurate records and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives
Desired Qualifications:
