Qualifications & Experience:
Active SLP-CCC with current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts) Experience working in school settings, especially with students on the autism spectrum Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills Ability to manage a caseload of 30-40 students Previous experience with IEPs and educational teams preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students in the autism program Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication needs Maintain accurate and timely documentation Participate in meetings and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
