Schedule/Hours:

Day Shift:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Possible call for stroke evaluations (extremely rare)

Desired Qualifications:

Two or more years of experience as a speech-language pathologist Current Kentucky SLP license (required) Pediatric outpatient experience Clinical background in inpatient swallowing disorders Skilled in modified barium swallow studies

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized speech-language therapy to pediatric and adult populations in both outpatient and inpatient settings Perform modified barium swallow assessments and manage treatment plans Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration for comprehensive patient care Respond to rare, on-call requests for stroke evaluations as needed
