Responsibilities:

Deliver continuous monitoring and assessment for patients transitioning from intensive or critical care Administer medications, perform treatments, and coordinate diagnostic testing as prescribed Document patient status changes and implement appropriate interventions Educate patients and families on care plans, treatments, and recovery expectations Support, instruct, and supervise other nursing staff as needed Uphold infection control procedures and patient safety protocols at all times
