Working in an intermediate stepdown (Neuro Trauma Intermediate PCU) environment, you'll collaborate with talented colleagues, expand your clinical expertise through exposure to a diverse patient population, and strengthen your leadership skills alongside a supportive team. Schedule/Hours:
Night shift, 19:00-07:00 36 hours guaranteed weekly 13-week assignment Rotational weekends as required Orientation on daysQualifications:
Current RN license—eligible for or licensed in Missouri BLS and ACLS (AHA required) Minimum of 1 year recent ICU experience in an inpatient setting Experience with neuro/trauma, respiratory distress, alcohol withdrawal, insulin drips preferred Must be a team player; able to float to critical care and med/surg units as neededResponsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for neuro/trauma patients Monitor and document responses to interventions using Epic EMR Collaborate with ancillary departments for optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and families, advocating for patient rights and confidentiality Follow established safety and clinical guidelinesBenefits & Perks:
