Schedule/Hours:
Night Shift:
7:00pm - 7:00am Guaranteed 36 or 48 hours weekly (must be declared in advance) 13-week assignment Weekend shifts as required No call Block scheduling not available; orientation occurs on day shiftKey Qualifications:
Current RN license (Missouri or eligible)BLS, ACLS, PALS
(AHA), TNCC required; NIHSS (or obtain before start) 1 year Emergency Department nursing in a Level 1 Trauma Center, or 2 years in Level 2 Trauma (must be on resume) High acuity and trauma/pediatric experience strongly preferred Strong communication and human relations skills Able to stand/walk the majority of shift and occasionally lift/push up to 50 lbsCore Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive direct care to a wide variety of patients in a fast-paced trauma, stroke, and burn center Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team Coordinate with ancillary departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality Maintain and promote the facility's standards, mission, and valuesBenefits & Perks:
