Schedule/Hours:
24 hours per week 7:00 am - 7:30 pm Qualifications /
Desired Experience:
Current, active RN license in good standing Minimum 1 year of recent Stepdown nursing experience BLS and ACLS certification required Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, and communication skills Prior travel experience preferred, but not required
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, effective care for patients transitioning from critical to general status Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and response to interventions Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams for high-quality patient outcomes Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and wellness Maintain accurate health records using current healthcare technology
