4x10 hour shifts, Tuesday through Friday each week Unable to accommodate 3x12s Weekly orientation held on

Mondays Qualifications:

Active RN license with a minimum of 2 years of recent Stepdown or Progressive Care experience Current certifications required for travel nurses; all must be completed before starting Willingness to commit to a contract term and maintain compliance with hospital policies Candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to qualify for travel status Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to effectively manage complex cases

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive and compassionate nursing care to Stepdown patients in a 154-bed, Level 3 Trauma, Joint Commission Accredited facility Closely monitor post-acute patients, responding rapidly to changes in condition Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to regulatory standards Participate in ongoing training and orientation to ensure up-to-date best practices
