Schedule/Hours:

Travel assignment Rotating shifts with required call coverage on weekdays, weekends, and holidays (Approximately 1-2 call days per month)

Qualifications:

Current and active Nursing - ORT certification or equivalent Minimum one recent year of experience in an operating room or surgical setting Strong grasp of aseptic technique and surgical protocols Excellent communication and collaborative skills Ability to work efficiently in high-stress, fast-paced environments

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment Assist surgeons and RN staff with procedures, instruments, and equipment Monitor, anticipate, and respond to team needs during surgery Ensure compliance with safety and infection control procedures Participate in patient care assessments and respond to emergent situations as necessary
